We always aim to send out our items as quickly as possible. If you’re pressed for time, reach out before placing your order. We can then check our production timeline and give you an estimated delivery date.


• Crafted in the UK: Lovingly handcrafted in our UK workshop, our custom products generally take 2-4 weeks to perfect. Bear in mind, during festive seasons, this duration may slightly increase to ensure we maintain our high-quality standards.


• Shipping Assurance: We prioritise the safety and promptness of your delivery. Hence, while our shipping might not be the cheapest, we collaborate with trusted shipping providers to ensure smooth deliveries. All parcels are fully insured, which might raise the postage cost a bit. This method ensures that if any unforeseen issues arise during transportation, the shipping provider will offer compensation for any losses or damages.
