For READY-MADE products, we do accept returns. If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us by calling us or sending an email to info@miajg.co.uk before returning the product.
Here are the rules to follow for returns:
• Products must be returned within 14 days from the day the parcel was delivered to you.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned parcel. The refund will be issued to the same payment form used at checkout.
• The returned product must be in new condition, with no sign of use or wear and tear, free from stains or odors, and securely packed.
• The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
